Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with John Paul Thomas. This page explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. We currently ship to the United States only.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.

Processing (also called handling) takes 3 to 4 business days. This is the time we need to check, pack, and dispatch your order before it leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping and delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, transit takes 3 to 6 business days to reach you. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the day you place them.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no shipping charge added.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order, email us at support@johnpaulthomas.com and we'll look into it.

Delays

The delivery windows above cover the large majority of orders. During busy periods, or because of weather or carrier disruption, a small number of orders can take a little longer. If your order passes the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address only before an order is dispatched, so contact us quickly if you spot a mistake. We aren't able to recover orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
