How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days, and transit takes another 3 to 6 business days. Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United States only.
How do returns work?
You have 45 days from delivery to return any item that's unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Email support@johnpaulthomas.com with your order number and we'll send you the correct return address. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost. There are no restocking fees.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Faulty items are covered for the full 45 day window, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address, change items, or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can still use the 45 day return window.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, get in touch and we'll chase it down.
How do I pick the right size?
Our pieces run true to size. Each product page has a size guide with how to measure. If you're still unsure, email us your chest and waist measurements and the piece you're looking at, and we'll size you properly before you order.
